Meet Sarita Chand, a visionary entrepreneur whose journey over the past 17+ years spans investment banking, ed-tech, and social impact. As the Co-Founder of EduPristine, she helped build the business from the ground up — raising funding from the likes of Accel Partners and Kaizen PE — and ultimately guiding its acquisition by Adtalem Global Education (ATGE, NYSE). Before founding her own ventures, she sharpened her financial acumen working at top-tier firms including Goldman Sachs and the Aditya Birla Group, gaining deep exposure to capital markets, risk management, and global strategy.
Sarita’s academic credentials are equally impressive. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a postgraduate business degree from SIBM, Pune, and a bachelor’s-level finance qualification from CBS (SSCBS). This layered education has empowered her to bridge worlds — from rigorous financial analysis to agile impact-driven entrepreneurship.
Driven by a belief that women can “have it all,” Sarita wears many hats: entrepreneur, mother, philanthropist, and lifelong learner. Today, she is the Founder & CEO of Skills Caravan, an AI-driven Learning Experience Platform (LXP) that is fundamentally rethinking workplace learning. Under her leadership, Skills Caravan uses AI-based skills assessments, personalized learning journeys, and microlearning to enable “micro skill–level transformation” for professionals.
Beyond business, Sarita channels her energy into social impact. She co-founded Indic AI, a non-profit focused on enabling employment and financial independence for underrepresented populations. She also believes in giving back: as a partner with SVP India and a “Promisor” with LivingMyPromise, she has committed a meaningful portion of her personal wealth to charitable causes.
With a proven track record of building and scaling ed-tech enterprises, Sarita is not just an entrepreneur — she is a changemaker, passionate about transforming learning in the workplace, and enabling professionals and organizations to thrive in a world of rapid technological change.
