Bajaj Energy is an India-based organisation in the energy sector, investing in ongoing capability building for 600+ users across Finance, HR, Marketing & Sales, and Technology. It partnered with Skills Caravan to give its people learning that is genuinely relevant to their roles, and to make running that learning simple for the team behind it.

AI is on almost every enterprise's agenda, but generic AI training rarely survives contact with a real job. What a finance professional needs from AI looks nothing like what a sales lead or an HR partner needs. The goal was never AI awareness in the abstract. It was practical, role-relevant skills people could apply in their actual work.
Running that kind of programme also has to be manageable behind the scenes. Alongside its development tracks, Bajaj Energy pushes mandatory training that has to reach specific people by a deadline, and the group that needs a given course is usually a mix drawn from several departments.
Skills Caravan addressed both sides of the problem together.
The clearest read on impact so far comes from Bajaj Energy's own L&D leadership.
“Skills Caravan LXP has been a dependable learning partner in our ongoing capability-building journey at Bajaj Energy. Their diverse range of learning opportunities across multiple domains has provided our employees with relevant avenues to expand their knowledge and strengthen their capabilities. We particularly appreciate the function-wise AI learning track, which combines weekly live sessions over four months with a structured, role-specific approach. This has enabled our employees to understand the practical relevance of AI and progressively build skills that align with their respective functions. We value Skills Caravan LXP’s continued support in creating meaningful and relevant learning experiences for our workforce.”
