With over 17 years of extensive experience in banking and financial services, Rakesh brings deep expertise in risk analytics, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven decision-making to the platform.

Prior to founding Skills Caravan, he built a strong career in portfolio management and credit risk across leading financial institutions. His core expertise lies in developing, validating, and governing credit risk models aligned with Basel regulations, including Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD). This background has equipped him with a rigorous approach to risk mitigation and compliance.
