Sarita Chand is a visionary entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience across investment banking, ed-tech, and purpose-driven innovation. As the Co-Founder of EduPristine, she played a pivotal role in building the company from inception to scale, securing investments from Accel Partners and Kaizen Private Equity, and successfully leading its acquisition by Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE). Earlier in her career, Sarita gained deep expertise in capital markets and global strategy while working with organisations such as Goldman Sachs and the Aditya Birla Group.

Her strong academic foundation includes an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a postgraduate degree from SIBM Pune, and a finance qualification from SSCBS. This diverse education enables her to seamlessly combine analytical rigour with impact-focused entrepreneurship.
