Shreya Verma is the VP of Product and Customer Success at Skills Caravan, where she leverages her decade-long expertise in learning & development (L&D) and human resources to shape an impactful, learner-centric platform. Armed with an MBA in Human Resources from SIBM Pune (2014), Shreya built a strong foundation in people strategy, talent development, and organizational behavior. Over her career, she has worked with global and fast-paced organizations — notably Vodafone and Myntra — where she designed and implemented L&D initiatives, and collaborated cross-functionally to drive talent growth. Her exposure to such diverse environments has sharpened her ability to understand what learners need, and how to deliver in a scalable way.
In addition to her L&D experience, Shreya has been directly involved in product development: she has worked on building an LMS (Learning Management System) product. This gives her a unique vantage point at Skills Caravan — not just as a learning specialist, but as a product leader who knows what it takes to design, deliver, and scale learning solutions. Her dual lens helps ensure that the product is not only technically robust, but also pedagogically sound and adoption-friendly.
