Shreya Verma is the Vice President of Product and Customer Success at Skills Caravan, bringing over ten years of experience in learning and development (L&D), human resources, and workplace learning strategy. With a strong learner-first mindset, she plays a pivotal role in shaping a scalable, high-impact learning platform that aligns technology with real user needs. Her hands-on background in L&D enables her to design learning interventions that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Shreya holds an MBA in Human Resources from SIBM Pune (2014) and has built her career across globally recognised organisations such as Vodafone and Myntra. In these roles, she led learning initiatives, partnered with cross-functional teams, and supported talent development in fast-paced environments. This exposure has strengthened her ability to translate organisational needs into effective, scalable learning solutions.
In addition to her L&D expertise, Shreya has played a direct role in building a Learning Management System (LMS), giving her a unique dual perspective as both a product leader and learning professional.
